The teaching aims at the orientation and development of the creative talent of each student and his / her acquisition of technical and artistic professional skills and team work skills. The method is based on the project and practice. A strong emphasis is placed on animation as a means of communication, experimentation and artistic expression.
After a year dedicated to the acquisition of technical-artistic bases and to the knowledge of the production process, during the second year the students develop skills more oriented to specific professional roles in pre-production and animation, with the possibility of choosing between partially differentiated. During the two-year period, students carry out short projects both individually and in groups, both personal and in simulation of clients. The third year is entirely dedicated to diploma projects – the creation of short films in small teams – through which students face all the creative and technical phases of production, from conception to edition. In the quarter following the conclusion of the educational path, the school offers graduates internships in studies and production companies in Italy (cinema, TV, games, post-production, communication, etc.) and at Cartoon Network Europe in London.
Courses, seminars and workshops are taught by professionals and artists from the Italian and international sector.
