Formations of the Department of Advanced Cinematographic Studies
The Department of Advanced Cinematographic Studies was created within ESRA Paris to allow students holding a Bac +3 to specialize in the audiovisual sector.
The specializations proposed are Scenario / Realization and Production / Distribution.

The programs are taught by professionals in activity and include theoretical courses to approach the economy of the sector as well as courses which concretely approach the various trades.
The production of short films is also an integral part of the program to provide essential technical background whatever the profession one wishes to exercise in the sector.
At the end of these three years of study in Paris, students can extend their studies by completing an optional fourth year in New York.
In addition, ESRA organizes “Thursdays of ESRA”, masterclasses with cinema professionals who come, after the screening of one of their films, to debate with the students and share their vision of cinema. .
