The diploma is an intensive program that is focused on giving the bases to understand the process of creation and animation of characters specifically in the Three Dimensional (3D) Digital technique.
Elements will be given to fully understand the way in which the action of a supplied character must be interpreted from a pre-production process understood as StoryBoard or Animatic and according to their physical, psychological and staging characteristics, the student will have the ability to design and perform the movement of that character for any situation.
Specific objectives
The diploma is divided into three modules each of three subjects with a theoretical component and a practical component, with the exception of the third module, which only has two subjects because they are subjects that require a greater number of working hours.
During the first two modules the student will form the conceptual and technical bases based on the theory, concepts, bibliography and filmography provided by the teacher, for the development of different applied exercises that will help to reinforce and understand such concepts.
In the third module the student will focus only on the animation of characters, both in body mechanics and body expression.
Students will develop a project by subject that will be evaluated. From the second module they will be able to develop projects that involve different subjects.
