Doctoral study (full-time: standard length of study: 3 years, instruction in Slovak/ external form: standard length of study: 4 years, instruction in Slovak)
Only the best of the Master’s graduates from the specialization or from related specializations may apply for the Doctoral level study. On the Doctoral level of the Animation study program, the subjects combine practical experience and the theoretic reflections of creators and critics. Since animated film works with dual coding, the Doctoral student must continue to pursue education in the field of cultural anthropology, semiotics, aesthetics, non-verbal communication, and higher levels of film language.
